First, stitches are added for the back piece, which is knitted back and forth with double pointed needles. The back piece is worked down to under the sleeves before it is worked up stitches for the front pieces. The front pieces are knitted back and forth separately with double crochets and increases for v-neck. It is worked down under the sleeves before the work is gathered on a circular needle. The front and back pieces are knitted back and forth to the full length and finished with a purl. Knit up stitches for sleeves, which are knitted in the round with a stripe pattern for the entire length, before they are finished with a purl. Finally, knit up stitches along both front pieces and the neck to the front edge. The entire cardigan is knitted with 1 thread of each quality.
The number of balls is based on the given dimensions. If you want longer garments, please remember that you may need extra yarn.
The sizes are indicative and it is recommended to take measurements of the person who is going to wear the garment. The given dimensions are calculated according to the specified knitting tension.
